By booking or purchasing from Everwild Mountain Collective, you agree to the following:

Service Area: Laundry services are available in Union & Towns Counties, GA. Extended service areas may require additional travel fees.
Order Minimum: All laundry orders require a 10 lb minimum. Orders under 10 lbs will be charged at the 10 lb rate.
Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Same-day rush service is available for an extra fee.
Specialty Items: Comforters, quilts, pet bedding, and other bulky items are charged at flat per-item rates.
Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure laundry is securely bagged. Everwild Mountain Collective is not responsible for items left in pockets or pre-existing damage.
Payment: Payment is due at booking for one-time orders, or at the end of each billing cycle for recurring customers.
Cancellation Policy: Pickups must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
