this is Everwild…
Meet Your Mountain Guide
Founder
And I’m Sarah—Appalachian-born, mountain-rooted, and called to care.
I’m not just the founder of Everwild Mountain Collective—I’m its heart and hands.
These mountains raised me. My roots run deep through this soil, through old-growth forests and worn backroads, through generations of kin who’ve lived simply, worked hard, and honored the land we walk on. I come from a line of women who cooked from scratch, swept the porch every evening, and knew how to read a storm before the sky ever darkened. That’s the spirit I carry into this work.
This isn’t just a business to me. It’s a calling.
It’s tending to the details most folks overlook—folding towels with intention, remembering how you take your coffee, scrubbing until a space feels new again. It’s knowing how to listen. It’s making guests feel like kin. And it’s helping hosts rest easy because they know their place is in good hands.
Everwild is where my deep love for these hills meets a wild sense of possibility.
It’s Southern hospitality with grit. A modern homestead with heart. A business built on trust, community, and good mountain medicine.
Caretaker & Cleaner… with a Purpose
Every cabin I care for is treated like it’s my own—because this work is more than a job. It’s how I show up for my family and for yours. Whether I’m scrubbing, stocking, or surprising a guest with something special, I’m showing up with intention and grit. Everwild grew from that kind of daily, boots-on-the-ground love.
Rooted in the Ridge
I was raised by the same hills I’m raising my babies in. These woods and backroads aren’t just where I live—they’re who I am. My Appalachian roots run deep, and Everwild is my way of sharing that heritage with the folks passing through. Every trail I hike and every holler I’ve cleaned a cabin in—that’s part of this story.
Wild Soul, Gentle Hands
I’m not a big company. I’m a mama with a mop, a planner, and a passion for creating peace wherever I go. I do it all with a little elbow grease, a lot of heart, and a whole lot of hope for what’s ahead. This is more than a business—it’s my calling.
Real care. Real roots.
If you're lookin’ for someone who’ll show up, stay true, and treat your cabin like kin—you're in the right holler.
